Return from Charm City
Back from Charm City with not much to tell.
NRH - I'm glad your first day was a good one and at this point hope the second day was too.
Enjoy your night at the Met tomorrow. I feel so Sex and the City by association - you're going to a museum opening with Mr. PftE. Oh la la.
The party was pretty good, though the true idea of goth was lost amid a sea of new wave goth. Goth girls wear combat boots dammit - not designer high heels. I was vindicated when many of the guests noticed my combat boots and complimented me on my original attire. That was funny. It was very interesting to meet so many of our clients and my demo went off without a hitch.
I have to say my opinion of Charm City (that's what they call it, not my nickname for the place) has not changed. I don't understand how people can live there. Not to be a snot, but it's the most foul place I've ever been. Absolutely foul. Even the harbor which is supposed to be THE place to hang is nasty.
My chin-chins are not pleased with me for having been away and they refused raisins when I got home and I have a ton of laundry to I'll wrap it up here.
Wish I had more juicy bits to share - but that's it for now.
